Since 2022 Diapason has been the Italian partner of the Costruindo com a Música project with the aim of strengthening professional training through the introduction of a specific course in Music Therapy in Mozambique, promoting the creation of new professional curricula recognized by the National Authority for Professional Training (ANEP).
The project promotes both the importance of training, essential for consolidating qualified professionals and promoting their employment, and an extremely positive impact in terms of effects on individuals and involvement and connection of the entire community. It also allows music therapists to develop a broader conception of the practice of music therapy, in which the cultural, social and political issues of the territory acquire a central position.
